StormScenes Non-Broadcast Footage License Terms

I. License

The royalty-free license does not expire, but is limited to the purchasing individual or company or organization. The license may not be transferred or resold to another individual, company or organization.

This StormScenes Footage CD is intended for any internal corporate, ministry, non-profit organization or church use, including incorporations in presentations, sermons, in-house training videos, trade show displays, or any other non-broadcast or non-outside distribution applications.

This StormScenes Footage license does not include the mass production, sale, and/or distribution of the Footage or works containing the Footage via DVD, VHS video or other media format.

This StormScenes Footage license does not include any type of theatrical, television, or broadcast usage of the Footage or works containing the Footage, including but not limited to local, regional, national or international cable, satellite, web (internet) or over-the-air broadcast. Broadcast use of StormScenes footage requires a standard footage license from Appalachian Skies Media.

Posting of any StormScenes video or images on any internet medium including but not limited to file sharing services, web sites, message boards, newsgroups, forums, emails or any other freely accessable internet server is prohibited, unless the video comprises equal or less than 75% of a finished video clip in which the Footage is incorporated. In essence, the royalty-free license does not include making our Footage available for free download or redistribution on the internet.

The royalty-free license does not include making our Footage available for rebranding or redistribution as stock footage or clip art on the internet or any other digital or non-digital media.

The royalty-free license does not include producing photographic images from the Footage for sale, public display, commercial display, rebranding or redistribution.

The royalty-free license allows for one (1) copy of the CD-ROM discs to be made for backup purposes only. The copies of the discs may not be resold, shared or otherwise made available for use by any party other than the primary license holder.
