These TV towers in Lexington were the repeated targets of lightning strikes during a wintertime severe weather outbreak on February 5, 2008, the same day that tornadoes ravaged parts of Arkansas, Tennessee and Kentucky. This video sequence captures ten of the eleven hits to the towers, with varying camera angles including several close-up zoom shots of strikes to the tip of one antenna.
