| For the client with a unique project need, we offer basic nonlinear video editing services that enable us to create customized products using StormScenes footage. Video editing functions include addition of transitions, layered video and audio tracks, motion graphics, on-screen text, and more. For example, we can create a dramatic corporate presentation opener consisting of a two-minute sequence with condensed rapid-fire lightning video and enhanced thunder audio, and topped with your company logo in the center of the screen.
Custom video editing project pricing consists of three factors:
- Project work time - billed by the hour at the rates listed below (video editing rates do not include licenses for use).
- Usage license fee - the license fee for the final product is the same as our standard per-second rates.
- Delivery media - the final product can be delivered on VHS, MiniDV, DVD, VideoCD, Data CD, or FTP download (for small projects). Pricing for media formats are listed below.

* Rates are per copy. Quantity discounts are available for orders of 5 or more copies. DVDs and Video CDs are limited to 60 minutes of video. Data CDs and FTP downloads are limited to 30 minutes and are available in Windows Media or MPEG2 format only.
** DVDs include a basic menu.
Usage Limitations: StormScenes tapes may not be copied, reproduced or shared. Usage of StormScenes footage is permitted for the license holder only. Licenses are not transferrable. StormScenes footage may not be incorporated into any work or product for resale as stock footage. StormScenes footage may not comprise more than 75% of any works exceeding 15 minutes in length. StormScenes material may not be incorporated into any works that could be considered explicit, obscene or otherwise against Christian values.
