Tape Delivery
Standard definition footage orders are sent out on MiniDV cassette tape by default via your FedEx account.
Internet Delivery
StormScenes offers limited internet FTP delivery of master footage. Get your footage in as little as one hour! For a $150 fee, you can have your footage delivered over the internet in MPEG-2 or Quicktime format. Once a paid and signed license is finalized (a quick process that can take as little as 10 minutes), we'll encode your custom footage order and send you a link to your video download. Internet delivery orders are limited to under 5 minutes of standard-definition footage only.
Hard Drive Delivery Save time capturing and importing footage! We can ship your master footage to you digitally on a USB external hard drive, which we provide for you. When you have transferred the footage to your system, simply return the drive to us in the provided box and packaging within ten (10) business days. A $150 deposit is required on all hard drive deliveries, which will be refunded when the drive is returned safely within ten (10) business days. If the size of the master footage order is small enough, we will ship your footage digitally via CD-ROM with no deposit required.
Hard Drive Delivery Formats
Digital Standard-Definition Footage is delivered in DV AVI (720x480 NTSC) format (AVI files).
Digital High-Definition Footage is delivered in M2T Transport (HDV 1080i native) format (M2T files).

Shipping Information
We ship all of our orders via Federal Express by default. For fastest and most economical shipping, provide us with your FedEx account number and we will send your footage either FedEx Express or FedEx Ground, per your preference. Most footage can be shipped the same day as long as we receive your order before 4:00PM Eastern Time. Custom screener tapes are cut and recorded on a made-to-order basis, and usually require at least one business day to process prior to shipment.

Shipping via Other Carriers - If needed, we can ship UPS or USPS for an additional fee of $10 plus the actual shipping cost.
